A coaching session consists of a deep and powerful
conversation in which I ask you questions that will help you
gain clarity and find solutions for your challenges and
ambitions.
We will agree a bespoke programme that is best suited to support you in creating your desired outcomes. It could be based on one of the programmes listed below or cover something completely different. You will set the goals for our work together and will always be “in the driving seat”.

As a life coach, I would say that lacking a sense of direction is a common challenge
that many people face at some point in their lives. It can mean that you are unsure of

By answering these questions, you’ll gain clarity and a deeper understanding of your feelings or ideas, providing a solid foundation to move forward.
Breaking down your idea into smaller, manageable steps is crucial for making progress. Consider listing the actions needed to turn your idea into reality. What specific tasks do you need to undertake? Identify the resources required, and recognize potential obstacles. By addressing each element individually, you make the overall process more manageable and achievable.
Evaluate the steps based on ease, simplicity, or urgency. What is the easiest, simplest, or most urgent step you can take right now? Prioritize based on what feels most attainable or pressing. Establish criteria for measuring progress and success. By choosing a manageable starting point, you can initiate action, build momentum, and gain confidence, making the larger journey more feasible.
